These Terms of Service govern your use of bitcom.us and of the text messaging programs operated by Bitcom, LLC (“Bitcom,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or exchanging text messages with us, you agree to these terms.

The telecommunications services we provide, including voice, internet, data, backup, and colocation, are governed by the service agreement or order you sign with us. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls.

Text messaging

Bitcom uses text messaging in two separate programs:

  • Internal API testing. Bitcom, LLC uses its messaging API to send API test messages, one-time verification codes, and notices to enrolled test recipients. Recipients are limited to Bitcom staff and authorized test numbers whose owners have agreed in advance and whom Bitcom’s engineering team has added to the internal test list. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
  • Customer and support conversations. Bitcom exchanges text messages with its customers and with people who contact us, about their inquiries, services, support requests, and accounts, including through third-party messaging or customer-relationship platforms that Bitcom uses. You agree to these messages when you text Bitcom or give us your mobile number for service or support. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages unless you have separately and expressly agreed to receive them.

In both programs:

  • Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any service.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@bitcom.us or (904) 823-0771.
  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using this website

This website describes our services and lets you contact us. You may use it for that purpose. You may not use it to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with its operation, or to send spam or harmful content through its forms.
